What Happens Next?

  • You will receive an email or call within 1-2 days confirming your order
  • You will then be sent an invoice with payment instructions. This will usually be sent up to a week in advance of the scheduled date set for your queens. 
  • If you ordered in a long time in advance, 1 to 2 weeks before your queens are available we will call or email to schedule a specific date when your queens will be ready. Following this call we will send you the invoice.
  • Once payment has been received your Queens will be sent / ready for collection on the agreed date.
