Delivery and Returns
ORDERING
Queens are sold on a first come, first served basis. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, however it is very rare that we need to change the date selected. Customers will be contacted to confirm dates and details prior queens to dispatch / collection. Queen rearing is very weather dependent leading to a high demand on early season supply. Please book early if you would like to receive your queens in May or June as we will prioritise early orders. In May we do not offer customers the opportunity to select a specific delivery date as when mated queens become available can vary year to year. When we know when our May queens will be ready and mated we will contact those that have ordered to arrange the delivery date.

We accept card payment online or you can also pay by Bank Transfer, Cheque and Cash. If you do not pay by card when you order your payment will be requested approximately a week before the queens are sent when we email you an invoice. Where possible payment should be made before the dispatch date. Any cheques received prior to confirming an order will not be cashed until the delivery date is set, and queens will not be posted until payment is received.
